We provide extensive health support to each and every one of our survivors. We take them for general health check-up, eye check-up, dental check-up, and specific treatments for individual cases. We also consult psychiatric personnel in case of any mental health issue for any/all individual cases.
All the survivors arriving to shelter home receives general health checkup and specific health checkups based on their health status. Two specific days are allocated for health check up in a week; Sunday and Thursday, due to the most availability of doctors as well as to include school going survivors as well.
What We Do
General health check-up within 15-21 days of first arrival to the shelter home, mostly gynecology related and based on visible symptoms.
Psychiatric check-up as per recommendation from the counselor, after up to a month of counseling.
Eye check-up within 3 months of arrival, or based on individual requirement.
Dental check-up on individual need basis.
Treatment for other specific health ailments as per the need of the specific survivor.
