Self-realization is a foundation of a survivor’s journey to effective healing as well as to start empowerment by setting short, mid and long-term goals. Self-realization are practice through various activities including Yoga, Meditation/Sleep Meditation, Breathing Techniques, Exposures to various leadership and empowerment programs inside and outside Nepal, individual/group counselling, and individual/group therapy interventions.
